Are your customers’ needs for multichannel communication being met?

There was a really good turnout for Hexagon’s live streamed Bubble Room event where customer insights from 45 international HCPs along with global usage data, and impactful case studies were shared around meeting customers’ needs for multichannel communication and further opportunities for pharma.

Ninety-two percent (92%) of HCPs interviewed indicated an increasing need for digital learning and use of social media. Rebroadcasted webinars with live faculty interaction tops the list of preferred learning formats with an average attendance of 340 across different therapy areas and leading participation in APAC, AFME and LATAM.

HCPs see pharma leading the way in generating real world data and have a need for manufactures to position new findings in the context of the overall evidence base and the current state of clinical practice. It was felt that digital learning was a great way of achieving this and several excellent patient centred cases were shared.
